Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or the equivalent required.
• Prefer customer service and/or retail cashier experience. Prior banking experience helpful.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer information.

• Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Interacts with customers in a courteous, professional, and friendly manner to identify needs and cross-sell to banking products.
• Proficient in teller duties and provides customer service in the teller line.
• Handle IRA distributions, sales, and stay updated by attending IRA sessions.
• Process debit card requests and resolve customer issues.
• Assist customers with Internet Banking and other Retail products and related issues.
• Maintain risk-related files including dormant, negative, and write-off accounts.
