Your Role

As a valued team member, you'll:

• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting with transactions and banking solutions.
• Open new accounts and promote our products and services.
• Handle cash accurately and manage your drawer efficiently.
• Respond to customer inquiries in person and over the phone, maintaining privacy and compliance standards.
• Build lasting relationships through excellent customer service.

Schedule

• Monday to Friday shifts starting at 12:00 PM, 2:00 PM, or 6:15 PM.
• Rotating Saturdays starting at 8:45 AM or 12:15 PM, with an additional $5/hr for Saturday shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred experience in customer service, cash handling, or sales.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• A passion for creating positive customer experiences.
