Teller/Customer Service Representative I

We are seeking a full-time (40 hour) Customer Service Representative I to join our team at the Cedarburg branch. In this role, you will be the face of our bank, providing friendly, professional, and efficient service to our customers. You will handle financial transactions with accuracy and confidentiality while engaging customers in meaningful financial conversations to better understand their needs.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver excellent customer service with a positive and helpful attitude
  • Process transactions accurately while maintaining security and compliance
  • Educate customers about banking products and services
  • Follow all bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

Previous cash-handling experience and/or customer service is required.


PWSB offers educational opportunities in banking, for enthusiastic and willing learners.


Scheduling will include rotating Saturdays from 9 to 12.
