Job summary

Associated Bank is seeking a Teller to deliver outstanding customer service, process transactions accurately, and promote financial solutions. In this front-line role, you will identify customer needs, refer them to the right colleagues, and support branch operations while educating customers on digital tools to enhance self-service banking.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Up to 2 years of demonstrated customer service experience.
Experience in retail banking is preferred.

Responsibilities

Deliver friendly, professional customer service reflecting our brand promise.
Accurately and efficiently process customer transactions following policies and procedures.
Identify customer needs and refer them to colleagues for financial solutions.
Promote current offers, products, and services that benefit customers.
Answer questions and resolve customer concerns with professionalism and care.
Support daily branch operations, including servicing vaults, night drops, and ATMs.
Demonstrate and educate customers on digital and self-service banking tools.
Collaborate with team members across branches to ensure seamless service.
