Mid Penn Bank is seeking a Financial Center Associate (Teller) at the Orwigsburg, PA location to perform a variety of daily financial center tasks, including cash handling, deposits, and customer service. You will promote bank products and guide customers to the right department for specialized services.

This role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and prior cash handling/customer service experience is preferred. A friendly demeanor and accurate record-keeping are essential for success.

• Cash handling and customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to cash checks, receive deposits and process transactions.

Responsabilités

• Performs financial center duties by handling paying and receiving activities within policy guidelines.
• Balances cash drawer accurately and efficiently.
• Greets and serves customers in a friendly, courteous manner and promotes bank products/services.
• Refer customers to appropriate staff for specialized services.
• Maintain records and coordinate tasks with other personnel to ensure smooth operations.
