Responsibilities

• Ensure that customers are assisted promptly in person, by telephone, or electronically by meeting or exceeding Bank standards.
• According to policy, open new accounts, update customer files, or close accounts.
• Balance currency, coin, and checks in cash drawers at the end of each business day.
• Cash checks and pay out money after verifying funds and balances.
• Enter customer transactions into computers to record transactions and issue receipts.
• Resolve customer complaints or ensure referral to appropriate personnel for resolution.
• Verify documents for valid signatures and endorsements and verify information.
• Prepare cashier’s checks, money orders, travelers’ checks and gift cards.
• Assist customers with safe deposit box entry and related forms.
