Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with basic currency exchange services.
• Provide excellent customer service to enhance the customer experience.
• Process transactions accurately & efficiently in compliance with company policies & procedures.
• Balance till at the beginning and end of each shift.
• Maintain a balanced till and ensure all transactions are recorded properly.
• Research discrepancies (short/over) & provide detailed explanations/resolutions promptly.
• Handle currency and other financial instruments with accuracy and security.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures of the branch.
• Follow security procedures to protect against fraud and theft.
• Identify and report suspicious activities per company policies.
• Verify customer identification and ensure documentation is complete.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer information.
• Answer phone calls and inquiries professionally.
• Refer customers to appropriate personnel for complex issues.
• Maintain knowledge of products, services, and policies.
• Collaborate with team to achieve branch goals and improve customer satisfaction.
• Participate in training and development programs.
