Position Overview

We are seeking a Client Service Associate (Teller) to deliver exceptional customer service at our Claremont, CA branch. If you are passionate about community involvement, teamwork, and helping clients achieve their financial goals, we would like to speak with you.

Essential Functions

1. Accurately process debit and credit transactions in accordance with policies, ensuring balanced records.
2. Identify and address client needs by providing services such as opening accounts, issuing checks, performing account maintenance, activating ATM cards, transferring money, ordering checks, and receiving loan payments.
3. Resolve client issues directly or via referral to appropriate resources.
4. Explore and maximize cross-selling opportunities based on client needs.
5. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

1. High School Diploma or equivalent, with cashiering, customer service, balancing, or related experience preferred.
2. Basic knowledge of math, banking products, and banking operations.
3. Strong balancing and customer service skills.
4. Ability to cross-sell bank products effectively.

Schedule and Benefits

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 5:15 pm
