Responsibilities include processing deposits and withdrawals, balancing cash, promoting banking products, and coordinating with Personal Bankers as needed to ensure accurate and secure customer service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service and cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Safe Deposit department responsibilities.
• Balance currency, coin, and checks in the cash drawer at the end of the shift and compare the totaled amounts with the data displayed on the computer screen.
• Enter customer transactions into the computer and issue receipts.
• Explain, promote, or refer products or services such as traveler’s checks, savings bonds, money orders, and cashier’s checks.
• Notify Personal Bankers of necessary holds and provide supporting documentation.
• Receive checks and cash for deposit, verify amounts, and carefully examine checks for proper endorsement.
