• Recognize customer needs and cross-sell bank products/services ensuring recommendations are customer centric to meet the needs of the customer.
• Make referrals to other lines of business for traditional and non-traditional products and services.

As a valued member of the retail banking team, you will play a key role in supporting banking operations and contributing to important decisions. • Process financial transactions accurately and timely in a friendly and professional manner. The variety of transactions may be completed via the lobby, drive-thru, ATM, and other avenues.
• Balance assigned cash drawer and research differences where applicable.
• Actively listen to our customers, and communicate in a friendly, positive manner at all times; even in difficult situations.
• Recognize customer needs and cross-sell bank products/services ensuring recommendations are customer centric to meet the needs of the customer.
• Make referrals to other lines of business for traditional and non-traditional products and services.
