A leading financial institution in Ashland, Ohio, is seeking a part-time customer service representative to serve customers promptly and accurately. Responsibilities include transaction processing, customer interactions, and adhering to compliance standards. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma and some customer service experience. This position offers flexible hours during the week and on Saturdays, emphasizing excellent interpersonal skills.

0-2 years prior cash handling, sales, or customer service experience preferred
This position must be able to remain in a stationary standing position a minimum of 75% of the time, constantly operate a computer, and be able to be in constant verbal communication with customers and coworkers to discuss and observe account information in order to exchange accurate information. Must be able to bend and lift up to 25 pounds on a daily basis; raise arms up to 90 degrees; and have dexterity in hands to fine count currency.
Operating hours are Monday through Friday 9:00am-5:00pm and Saturday 9:00am-12:00pm. The average number of Saturday shifts per month is 2-3. This position is hourly and part-time. Generally, this position will require 30+ hours per week.
