Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or equivalent and some cashiering, customer service, balancing or related experience.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English highly preferred.
• Basic knowledge of math, cashiering, balancing, debits, credits, and banking products.

Responsibilities

• Process debit and credit transactions accurately while balancing records.
• Identify and address clients’ needs by offering banking services (accounts, transfers, checks, etc.).
• Resolve client problems directly or via branch resources.
