Zions Bank is seeking a customer service professional to join our team in Utah. You will help clients build a better financial future by guiding them to products and services that improve their everyday lives, while working with supportive colleagues. Minimum pay starts at $17 per hour. Schedule: Mon-Thu 11am-5pm, Fri 11am-6pm. Benefits included to support employees and their families.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process debit and credit transactions in line with policies and procedures while maintaining a balanced record.
• Identify and address clients' needs by offering services such as opening accounts, issuing checks, money transfers, and more.
• Resolve client problems directly or via referrals to branch or bank resources.
• Identify and maximize cross-sell opportunities by understanding client needs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum pay is $17 per hour

Work schedule is: Monday-Thursday 11am-5pm, Friday 11am-6pm

This role will:

• Be responsible for accurately processing debit and credit transactions in compliance with established policies and procedures, while maintaining an acceptable balancing record.

• Identify and address clients' needs by providing a variety of services which may include opening new accounts, issuing counter checks, performing account maintenance, issuing/activation ATM cards, performing money transfers, ordering checks, receiving loan payments, etc.

• Resolve client problems either through direct personal action, or referral to alternative branch or bank resources.

• Identify and maximize cross-sell banks opportunities through exploring needs.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Requires High School Diploma or equivalent and some cashiering, customer service, balancing or other related experience.

• Basic knowledge of math, cashiering, balancing, debits, credits, bank products and/or banking.

• Must have solid balancing and customer service skills.

• Ability to cross-sell bank products based on clients needs.
