Description
The hours for this position are:
Monday - Thursday: 11:45 AM - 5:15 PM
Friday: 12:45 PM - 6:15 PM
Saturdays: 2 - 3 per month from 8:45 AM - 12:15 PM.
Role
Assist members with financial transactions accurately and efficiently. Identify opportunities to promote products, services and solutions that benefit members while building a positive relationship.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities
- Exemplifies the core values of CAMPUS, while supporting our strategic priorities for members, employees, and community. Maintains the highest standard of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality
- Assist members with financial transactions accurately and efficiently. Identify opportunities to promote products, services, and solutions that benefit members while building a positive relationship
- Balance daily transactions and verify cash totals. Investigate and resolve out-of-balance situations
- Welcome members, provide routine information about services, and direct members to the appropriate department for specific information and services
- Provide friendly, professional, and personal service to all members. Ensure the member's name is used during the transaction and that the work is accurate
Qualifications
Education
- High School Diploma or GED
Experience
- 0 - 1 year of similar or related experience
- 6 to 12 months of cash handling and/or member service experience
