Position Purpose

This position is responsible for a variety of customer service duties while receiving and paying out monies in varying forms, maintaining accurate records of all transactions, and providing the highest quality of customer service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent Preferred
• Cash Handling Experience
• Customer Service Experience

• General PC skills and familiarity with peripherals
• Experience with Microsoft Word and Outlook preferred

Responsibilities

1. Represent the bank professionally, ensuring positive customer interactions
2. Grow knowledge of banking products and services
3. Follow bank policies and ensure operational excellence
4. Identify cross-selling opportunities and refer customers appropriately
5. Participate in community events
6. Manage customer relationships proficiently
7. Process various transactions accurately
8. Balance transactions and verify cash totals
9. Complete necessary forms and branch duties
10. Detect and prevent fraudulent activities
