Job summary

KeyBank in North Syracuse, NY, is seeking a friendly Teller to greet clients, handle deposits and withdrawals, and support in-branch transactions with accuracy and courtesy. You will balance cash drawers and resolve servicing issues while following bank policies and security procedures.

You’ll identify financial wellness opportunities and direct clients to a Banker for deeper conversations. A high school diploma and cash-handling experience are required; a Notary License is a plus.

Qualifications

As a Teller, you provide excellent client service in-person by welcoming both new and existing clients to the Bank and assisting them with their account transactions and servicing needs, including identifying and resolving client servicing issues. Placement within the pay range may differ based upon various factors, including but not limited to skills, experience and geographic location.
