Position Title: Teller

Under the supervision of the Teller Supervisor, performs a variety of teller and member services to Credit Union members in conformance with established policies, strategies, and procedures.

Key Job Responsibilities:

1. Provides high-quality service and responsiveness to members, performing duties in accordance with regulatory guidelines and Credit Union policies.
2. Processes member transactions accurately, including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and check cashing, while cross-training to image checks for branch capture.
3. Balances cash and work, ensuring proper documentation at the end of each day.
4. Promotes Credit Union products and services, actively cross-sells, and supports branch business development.
5. Responds to member inquiries, referring to Member Services as needed.
6. Follows branch security practices and maintains regulatory compliance.
7. Organizes work station, inventories cash/coin, and manages currency requests and counts.
8. Participates in ongoing training through comprehension exercises, questionnaires, and GOLD/BVS courses.
9. Engages in sales campaigns and utilizes product knowledge resources.

Additional Responsibilities:

Uses Greylock's Relationship Decisioning principles, promotes the Credit Union, and represents the organization in community activities. Other duties may be assigned as needed.

Position Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Six months cash handling experience preferred
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle high transaction volumes efficiently
• Team player with a professional attitude
• Proficient in office software and equipment, including Microsoft Office
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods
