As a Teller within PNC's Retail Branch Banking organization at the Fruitville Corner Branch, located in Lancaster, PA, you will play a key role in customer service and banking operations.

Job Description

• Deliver a unique customer experience aimed at improving customer financial wellbeing and creating loyalty while increasing share of wallet. Process various customer interactions, educate customers on available financial options, and identify banking opportunities for referrals.
• Engage with customers to identify needs and refer them to appropriate branch staff.
• Conduct lobby engagement activities to connect with customers and promote PNC products, leveraging technology and resources.
• Apply product and procedural knowledge to resolve customer issues.
• Follow all policies and procedures, ensuring efficient and accurate branch operations and transactions.

Qualifications

Successful candidates should demonstrate relevant knowledge, skills, and abilities.
