Position Overview

As a part-time Teller within PNC's Retail Branch organization, you will provide exceptional customer service, accurately perform high-volume customer banking transactions, educate customers on new technology, and develop banking product referral opportunities through strong customer relationship skills. This position will be based in Jacksonville, Florida at the Regency Jacksonville retail banking branch.

Job Responsibilities

• Deliver a unique customer experience aimed at improving customer financial wellbeing and creating loyalty while increasing share of wallet. Process a variety of customer interactions. Educate customers on available financial options. Identify banking opportunities during interactions and refer as appropriate.
• Engage with customers to identify opportunities and make referrals to branch staff.
• Perform lobby engagement activities to connect with customers and promote PNC products to meet their needs. Educate customers on managing transactions using technology, tools, and resources.
• Apply product and procedural knowledge to resolve customer issues.
• Follow all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits. Ensure teller and branch operations are completed efficiently and accurately.
