Overview: Specializes in our branch customer experience through digital engagement, lobby management, transactional processing, and retail servicing interactions. Processes a variety of financial transactions accurately and efficiently.
Primary Responsibilities:
Scope of Responsibilities: Provide exceptional service, resolve routine problems, and demonstrate empathy, customer centricity, digital fluency, and critical thinking. Collaborate across departments to resolve operational issues and stay current on changes to reduce losses and fraud.
Managerial/Supervisory Responsibilities: Not Applicable
Education and Experience Required:
Preferred: Bilingual skills based on branch needs.
Physical Requirements: Ability to stand long periods, use hands and fingers extensively, lift 5-30 lbs, read fine print, and interact face-to-face with customers.
M&T Bank offers a pay range of $18.00 - $25.76 hourly, based on experience and skills.
