Compensation

Summary

Handle counter transactions, mail, and phone requests. Maintain cash drawer accuracy and provide courteous member service.

Location

1820 S. Lakeline Blvd., Cedar Park, TX, 78613

Schedule

Monday to Friday, 8:45 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., and Saturdays from 8:45 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. (as scheduled)

Requirements

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Knowledge of credit union products and services

Education and Experience

• High school diploma or GED
• 6 months of customer service, banking, or credit union experience/training
• Proficiency with online computer systems

Good credit standing is required and will be verified. A criminal background check and drug screening will be conducted after a job offer.
