Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide friendly, professional service.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, transfers, and other transactions accurately.
• Balance and maintain your cash drawer per bank policies.
• Assist customers with account-related questions and everyday banking needs.
• Identify customer needs and connect them with appropriate bank products and services.
• Print replacement debit cards and assist with related services.
• Resolve customer concerns and provide solutions whenever possible.
• Communicate effectively with customers in person and over the phone.
• Monitor for unusual transactions, potential fraud, or suspicious activity and report accordingly.
• Support branch operations and assist with additional duties as needed.

You'll also help protect customers and the bank by recognizing potential fraud and suspicious activity.

This position is Part-Time at 20 hrs/week, Monday-Friday 1pm-5pm, rotating Saturdays 9am-1pm.

What You'll Do
