Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted Louisiana Medical License.
• Active Practice.
• Board Certified in Orthopedic Surgery (Spine).

Responsibilities

• Independent consultant role allows for schedule flexibility and predictable work hours.
• No doctor/patient relationship is established and no treatment is provided. These are advisory-only opinions.
• Typical TAT is 1-5 business days depending on the level of review.
• Dane Street offers a streamlined case flow and a user-friendly work portal with support for all administrative tasks.
• A chronological listing of medical records and treatment guidelines are provided for easy review.
• In cases requiring peer-to-peer calls, Dane Street coordinates provider availability.
• Initial training and ongoing point of contact are provided.
