• Performs advanced financial oversight for contracts including those exceeding $30M.
• Tracks and analyzes contract obligations, expenditures, and ULOs.
• Collaborates to design long-term acquisition strategies for the IT Directorate procurement portfolio.
• Directs reviews and coordination with vendor program managers.
