• Background leading teams or directing projects related to contract procurement strategies and assessing operational/budget impact of healthcare data initiatives.
• Experience conducting and analyzing policies and written options related to fiscal implications for contracted stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Plan work to be accomplished by subordinates, set and adjust short-term priorities, and prepare schedules for completion of work.
• Review work performance of subordinates.
• Plan and lead studies analyzing the efficiency, effectiveness, and improvement of Medicare policies impacting contractor services.
• Assess the operational and budget impact of initiatives, developing and maintaining work statements for MACs.
• Develop policy and operational options and present issues to senior CMS management.
