Job summary

Daybreak Health is seeking an associate clinician (LSW or LPC) in Illinois for a fully remote caseload that matters. You’ll provide evidence-based teletherapy to K–12 students, collaborating with school counselors and families statewide, while receiving supervision and flexible scheduling.

We handle admin tasks, there is no billing, and supervision is provided at no extra cost when caseload requirements are met. Availability Mon–Fri afternoons/evenings (weekends optional) is preferred.

Qualifications

• Active LPC or LSW in Illinois (required).
• Minimum of 500 post-graduate supervised hours (required).
• Experience or strong interest in working with school-aged youth and families.
• Comfortable with telehealth and EHR systems.
• Available Mon–Fri afternoons/evenings (weekend slots also available).
• Bilingual Spanish/English fluency preferred.
• Experience in CBT, DBT, or similar modalities preferred.
• Prior school-based or youth-focused experience preferred.

What You Need

• Active LPC or LSW in Illinois (required — we are only able to hire these license types at this time)
• Minimum of 500 post‑graduate supervised hours already completed (required — this role is best suited for associates with an established start toward full licensure, not candidates just beginning their post‑graduate track)
• Experience or strong interest in working with school‑aged youth and families
• Comfortable with telehealth and EHR systems
• Available Mon–Fri afternoons/evenings (weekend slots also available)
