Qualifications

• Active LPC or LSW in Illinois (required).
• Minimum of 500 post-graduate supervised hours completed.
• Experience or strong interest with school-aged youth and families.
• Comfortable with telehealth and EHR systems.
• Available Mon-Fri afternoons/evenings; weekend slots optional.

Responsibilities
