Elite DNA Behavioral Health is actively hiring a Mental Health Therapist (licensed/unlicensed) for our Birmingham, AL location. This role focuses on patient-centered therapy for children, adolescents, and adults within a supportive, collaborative team environment.

Open to unlicensed or master’s-level therapists; supervision for licensure is offered. Monday to Friday schedule with no weekends, and benefits including 401(k), health/dental/vision insurance, PTO, and CEU opportunities.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required or in progress for licensure eligibility.
• licensure or licensure eligible in Alabama is preferred.
• Experience delivering patient-centered therapy across age groups.
• Ability to document in EMR and coordinate with care teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement clinical procedures and guidelines as needed.
• Participate in staff meetings and case presentations.
• Supervise Care Coordinators during initial intakes.
• Provide supervision and consultation to staff and student interns.
• Deliver patient-centered therapy using group, individual and family modalities.
• Document screenings, assessments, progress, and referrals in EMR.
