Job summary

Octave is hiring Licensed Clinicians to provide high-quality behavioral health care to clients via video in a collaborative, client-centered setting. Clinicians will deliver short-term, evidence-based therapies to adults and tailor treatment plans to individual needs.

Across a diverse clinical team, you will use standardized measures and feedback-informed care to monitor progress while maintaining culturally responsive and ethical practice in Washington, D.C.

Qualifications

• Licensed in Washington, D.C.
• Master’s degree or higher from an accredited school of Social Work, Psychology, Counseling or Marriage/Family and Child Counseling
• Must be licensed and in good standing with your licensing board
• Prefer 1 year of post-license clinical experience
• Experience with CBT or DBT is preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide short-term, evidence-based therapy to adult clients via video
• Join a diverse clinical team in a collaborative, client-centered environment
• Develop and customize mental health treatment plans and service delivery
• Deliver care using standardized measures and feedback-informed care
