Job summary

Octave is hiring Licensed Clinicians to provide high-quality behavioral health care to clients, joining a diverse clinical team in a collaborative, client-centered environment. You will treat adult clients with stress, depression, anxiety, or other concerns via video, using short-term, evidence-based therapies.

Candidates must be licensed in DC at the master's or doctoral level, versed in CBT/DBT, and deliver culturally responsive care.

Qualifications

• LMFT, LICSW, LPC, PsyD are acceptable licenses.
• Current License in Washington, D.C.
• Master's Degree or higher from an accredited school of Social Work, Psychology, Counseling or Marriage, or Family and Child Counseling.
• Must be licensed and in good standing with your governing licensing board.
• Preferred 1 year of related post-license clinical experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality behavioral health care to clients via video.
• Deliver short-term, evidence-based therapies.
• Customize mental health treatment plans and service delivery.
• Build and maintain a strong therapeutic alliance.
• Incorporate feedback-informed care using standardized measures.
