MySpectrum offers outpatient counseling and coaching to children and adults, focusing on the Autism Spectrum, Substance Abuse Spectrum, Mental Health Spectrum, and Whole Life Spectrum. We work with every person, on every spectrum, and are seeking skilled Therapists throughout Virginia interested in providing teletherapy via our custom-developed platform.

If you are an out-of-the-box thinker, relationship-driven, and can engage clients virtually, this might be the perfect fit. We seek diverse Therapists who enjoy their work, like to have fun, and are passionate about innovative treatment methods. Our goal is to serve clients who haven't found the right fit elsewhere, face barriers to in-person therapy, and want to reduce therapy stigma. If you have a niche or want to build your client base from home or your office, we look forward to hearing from you.

Instead of building your private practice, we will do that for you. We also have a physical office in North Chesterfield, VA, for in-person support.

Job Summary:

The Teletherapist will conduct 45-60 minute sessions via a HIPAA-compliant platform. Full-time caseload averages 30-35 clients weekly; part-time options are available to build your caseload gradually. We welcome candidates seeking part-time work as a supplement to other income.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Provide virtual therapy in 45-60 minute sessions
• Complete assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes
• Contribute ideas for strategies and services
• Support the growth of MySpectrum

Qualifications & Skills:

• Licensed as an LCSW, LPC, or LCP in Virginia; multi-state licenses encouraged
• Experience with diverse populations
