MySpectrum offers outpatient counseling and coaching to children and adults, focusing on the Autism Spectrum, Substance Abuse Spectrum, Mental Health Spectrum, and Whole Life Spectrum. We work with every person, on every spectrum, and are seeking skilled Therapists throughout Virginia interested in providing teletherapy via our custom-developed platform.

If you are an out-of-the-box thinker and relationship-driven Therapist who can engage clients virtually, this may be the fit for you. We seek diverse Therapists who enjoy their work, like to have fun, and are passionate about innovative treatment methods. Our goal is to serve clients who haven't found the right fit elsewhere, who face barriers to in-person therapy, and who want to reduce the stigma of receiving therapy. If you have a niche or want to build your client base from home or office, we want to hear from you.

Instead of building your own private practice, we will handle:

• Credentialing with insurance carriers
• Billing (you receive payment bi-weekly regardless of collections)
• A teletherapy platform tailored to your needs
• Marketing
• Scheduling
• An electronic health record system for documentation

Job Summary:

The Teletherapist will provide therapy via our HIPAA-compliant platform in 45-60 minute sessions. Full-time Therapists typically handle 30-35 clients weekly; part-time options are available and flexible as you build your caseload.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Licensed as an LCSW, LPC, or LCP in Virginia, with eligibility for insurance credentialing; multi-state licenses encouraged
• Experience with diverse populations
• Team-oriented with a desire to contribute to company growth
• Flexible and committed to caseload development
• High-speed internet and a HIPAA-compliant private space
• Comfortable working remotely via telehealth
