Job summary

Array Behavioral Care is seeking a Licensed Therapist (LCSW, LPC, or LMFT) licensed in Texas to provide high-quality teletherapy in a fully remote setting as a W2 employee.

You will join a national virtual behavioral health practice, receive licensure support for high-demand states, and benefit from comprehensive coverage starting at 24 hours per week, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k), PTO, and more.

Qualifications

• Active license in Texas (LCSW, LPC or LMFT).
• Independent practice eligibility (no provisional licenses).
• 1–3 years of post-licensure experience.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable with virtual platforms.
• Private, confidential workspace required.

Responsibilities

• Provide virtual therapy and counseling to individuals across diverse backgrounds.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation.
• Deliver compassionate, evidence-based care in a secure, remote setting.
