Array Behavioral Care is seeking a Licensed Teletherapist (LCSW, LPC, or LMFT) licensed in Georgia to provide high-quality teletherapy services fully remotely. This is a W2 employee role with full benefits and support.

We will cover licensure costs and guide you through the administrative process for high-demand states, expanding your reach while you maintain continuity of care with clients.

Qualifications

• Active Georgia license (LCSW/LPC/LMFT) required.
• 1–3 years post-licensure experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fully remote setting with secure platforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide virtual therapy to individuals across diverse backgrounds.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to implement treatment plans.

Due to current demand, we are looking for clinicians that are independently licensed in the following states: CA, MD, VA, TX, GA, WA, DC, NY, PA, FL, IL, MI, MO, NC, CO, SC, OH, TN, AR, KY, MS, LA, AZ

What You’ll Do

What You’ll Need

Active license (LCSW, LPC, or LMFT)

• Independent practice eligibility (no provisional licenses)

• 1–3 years of post‑licensure experience

• Tech‑savvy and comfortable with virtual platforms

• A private, confidential workspace
