What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Handle inbound calls for customer registrations in community training courses and Red Cross Store products
  • Act as a consultant to identify customer training needs and recommend appropriate courses and products
  • Process credit card transactions and manage training and retail product orders through sales systems
  • Document all interactions accurately in Salesforce, ensuring complete call information
  • Achieve revenue targets of $325K for training and $80K for retail annually
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • High school diploma or GED; higher education is a plus
  • Minimum of 1 year of sales experience in a call center environment
  • Ability to effectively multi-task across multiple systems
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail
  • Intermediate computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office and Salesforce.com
