What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Handle inbound calls for customer registrations in community training courses and Red Cross Store products
- Act as a consultant to identify customer training needs and recommend appropriate courses and products
- Process credit card transactions and manage training and retail product orders through sales systems
- Document all interactions accurately in Salesforce, ensuring complete call information
- Achieve revenue targets of $325K for training and $80K for retail annually
What is Required (Qualifications)
- High school diploma or GED; higher education is a plus
- Minimum of 1 year of sales experience in a call center environment
- Ability to effectively multi-task across multiple systems
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail
- Intermediate computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office and Salesforce.com
