A humanitarian organization is seeking a Telesales Specialist to manage registrations for community training classes and sell retail products. The role requires strong consumer sales skills, excellent communication abilities, and multi-tasking across systems. Compensation includes a competitive hourly wage and commission incentives. This is a full-time opportunity based in Denver, Colorado.
Reporting to a Supervisor, RSG Telesales, the Telesales Specialist, RSG is responsible for selling customer registrations in Red Cross community training classes primarily to individuals, but also to small businesses or large businesses who have less than eight employees to train (B2C Sales). The position is also responsible for selling retail training products and supplies from the Red Cross Store to consumer and business customers. The Business to Consumer Telesales Specialist uses highly specialized sales skills to understand customer needs to sell the most appropriate course and product to the customer.
Education: High school diploma/GED certificate - higher education a plus.

The Telesales Specialist, RSG role offers a competitive hourly wage complemented by a commission-based incentive plan. Specialists are eligible to earn monthly commissions upon completion of assessed training period. Compensation is awarded at dollar $1 for all Net Training and Shipped Retail Revenue. Additional compensation, such as bonus kickers may become eligible during stated performance periods
The target hourly rate is $16.15/hr. We do not offer an annual bonus for this role. Salaries are aligned to the specific geographic location in which the work is primarily performed. Other factors may be used to determine your actual salary, including skills, years of experience, and comparison to others in this role. We will review specific salary information at the time of phone screening based upon location and experience.
