Pacific Neuropsychiatric Specialists (PNS) is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join our outpatient private mental health group practice in California. You will diagnose, assess, and prescribe for psychiatric-mental health conditions, working in a mix of office outpatient and telepsychiatry services.

The role emphasizes collaborative care with psychiatrists, PAs, and care coordinators, focusing on integrated treatment plans, follow-up, and patient education.

Formación

• Must hold a current California license to practice and an active NPI.
• DEA licensure required or maintained.
• Two years+ Behavioral Health experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and provide ongoing medication management and therapy for patients.
• Conduct initial in-person and telemedicine psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and monitoring visits.
• Renew and refill medications to avoid lapses in treatment.
• Educate patients on disease processes and preventative care to manage conditions.
• Support and educate family members to aid rehabilitation.
