Legion Health is a technology-forward psychiatry company delivering world-class outpatient mental health care through telehealth. It offers full-time or part-time roles with generous administrative support, including credentialing, licensure reimbursement, and malpractice coverage.

You will practice at the top of your license from a fully remote setting across the United States, with compensation ranging from $300K to $500K depending on patient-care hours and schedule.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted medical license in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and medication-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Comfort delivering care remotely and using EHR systems.
• Commitment to patient-centered, evidence-based care.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent patient care for depression, anxiety, ADHD, insomnia, PTSD, bipolar disorder, etc.
• Perform comprehensive psychiatric assessments, including mental-health history, medical history, diagnostic evaluation, and risk analysis.
• Create and execute individualized treatment plans that may combine medication management and brief psychotherapy.
• Provide compassionate, respectful, and patient-centered care.
• Use evidence-based clinical protocols and responsible prescribing practices.
• Collaborate with other psychiatrists through consultations and case reviews.
• Use technology and operational systems effectively to deliver reliable telehealth care.
