Legion Health seeks exceptional psychiatrists (MD or DO) across the United States to deliver evidence-based telepsychiatry with strong clinical autonomy. We offer full-time and part-time roles, empowering clinicians to manage care from a location of their choosing.

Our model combines hospital-style support with private practice flexibility, providing competitive compensation, comprehensive malpractice coverage, and a collaborative, tech-enabled environment to advance patient care.

Qualificações

• Active, unrestricted license to practice medicine in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and medication-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfort providing care remotely and using electronic health records.

Responsabilidades

• Provide excellent patient care for depression, anxiety, ADHD, insomnia, PTSD, bipolar disorder, etc.
• Perform comprehensive psychiatric assessments, including mental health history, medical history, diagnostic evaluation, and risk analysis.
• Create and execute individualized treatment plans that may combine medication management and brief psychotherapy.
• Provide compassionate, respectful, and patient-centered care.
• Use evidence-based clinical protocols and responsible prescribing practices.
• Collaborate with other psychiatrists through consultations and case reviews.
• Use technology and operational systems effectively to deliver reliable telehealth care.
