Northwell Health's Department of Behavioral Health seeks telepsychiatrists to join our Midtown Manhattan team on either a full-time or part-time basis. Telepsychiatry employs videoconferencing to deliver care, with a 24/7 telepsychiatry service supported by a Behavioral Health Counselor and staff.

Qualificações

• BC/BE and licensed in NYS.
• Superior computer and EHR skills.
• Emergency Psychiatry experience preferred.
• Must be able to assess ED and CL patients of all ages.
• Part-time overnight position requires 6 shifts per month.
• Full-time position requires ability to work at least 1/3 of shifts on weekends and overnights.

Responsabilidades

• Work 12-hour shifts on a state-of-the-art academic 24/7 Telehealth Service.
• Provide 'Virtual' Psychiatry service consulting to Adult & Pediatric Emergency and Med/Surg Depts.
• Be fully supported by a dedicated Behavioral Health Counselor and clerical/technical staff.
• Engage in teaching, academic appointments, and leadership opportunities.
