Northwell Health Department of Behavioral Health seeks full-time or part-time Board Certified/Board Eligible Telepsychiatrists to join our team at our Midtown Manhattan office. Telepsychiatry provides 24/7 access for ED and med/surg departments with a dedicated Behavioral Health Counselor and support staff.

Unique opportunities include 12-hour shifts, academic appointment, teaching, and leadership options in a state-of-the-art telehealth service.

Qualifications

• Must be BC/BE and licensed in NYS.
• Superior computer and EHR skills, Emergency Psychiatry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide telepsychiatry consultation and diagnostic services.
• Assess ED and CL patients of all ages.
• Collaborate with Behavioral Health Counselor and staff to coordinate care.
