Thriveworks is seeking Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners in Reading, PA. Clinicians provide telemedicine assessments and treatment for adults and adolescents, with in-person office days required.
The role includes prescribing medications, creating care plans, and adhering to clinical guidelines. Applicants must hold PMHNP licensure with board certification, a Master’s in Nursing with prescriptive authority, and ideally experience with AdvancedMD EMR.
Qualificações
- Licensed PMHNP with board certification.
- Master's in nursing with active prescriptive authority.
- Experience with AdvancedMD EMR is a plus.
- 3 years experience preferred; 1 year psychiatry required.
- Maintain state licensure where practicing.
Responsabilidades
- Make psychiatric assessments and evaluations via telemedicine.
- Treat patients 14 years and older when appropriate.
- Go into the office at least 1 day per week.
- Prescribe medications to reduce symptoms as needed.
- Develop and update collaborative care plans with clients.
- Complete necessary paperwork and assessment tools.
- Follow Thriveworks Clinical Practice Guidelines.
- Consult with Regional Clinic Directors on clients and programs.
