Job information Telephony Implementation consultant from the Company Effone software inc, located in Remote, United States. This job opening is open to job seekers with a Master Degree in Information Technology.
Job Responsibility:
About: We have a client implementing a large Unified Communication project that involves connecting PSTN to Teams and migrating all the current PBX infrastructure to Microsoft Teams.

This is a long-term project migrating the telephony infrastructure first in the US locations and then across global locations. We are looking for a consultant experienced in telephony/telecom to work as the project owner, interfacing with business users and management, devising a plan, and working with the technical team and third-party service providers.

Requirements and Responsibilities:
  • Minimum of 10 years' experience administering phone systems in a corporate environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in technology.
  • Prior experience with Cisco Unified Call Manager Suite, Oracle Acme SBC, and Microsoft Teams Telephony.
  • Good understanding of telephony design, call routing/control protocols, voice technologies, and network communications.
  • Ability to take ownership and manage a technical project in a corporate environment.
Duties:
  • Provide implementation and technical support to clients during the onboarding process.
  • Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and develop customized solutions.
  • Configure and deploy software applications and systems.
  • Conduct training sessions for end-users on software functionality and best practices.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to software implementation.

We offer competitive compensation packages, including benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off. Candidate should be willing to travel up to 20% to clients' locations depending upon need.

Job Type: Full-time, Salary: $70.00 - $80.00 per hour, Experience level: 10+ years, Schedule: 8 hour shift, Monday to Friday, Work Location: Remote.
