Role and Schedule

We are seeking a Telephonic Nurse Case Manager with compact and CA RN licenses to work Monday - Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.

The Telephonic Case Manager provides remote medical case management services to injured individuals, many of whom were industrially injured. A Telephonic Case Manager assists consumers in their recovery so that they may return to the highest level of function as possible. Medical services are coordinated and assessed frequently, vocational options are explored with the injured worker and their employers, and pre-injury employment or alternate employment is secured. The Telephonic Case Manager works with all parties to the claim including: the injured person, the claim’s examiner, employer, attorneys (plaintiff and defense) and medical providers.

  • Provide remote medical case management services to injured individuals to support recovery and function.
  • Coordinate medical services, assess progress, and explore vocational options with the injured worker and employers.
  • Collaborate with all parties to the claim, including the injured person, examiner, employer, attorneys, and medical providers.
Qualifications
  • Unencumbered compact and CA RN license required
  • CCM strongly preferred
  • Case Managers may need regional or national certifications and must adhere to the standards of practice of the relevant certifying body or jurisdictional standards
  • Licenses or certifications must be current, unrestricted, and allowable for practice within a state or territory of the United States
