LPN Telephone Triage Nurse - In Office, onsite position.

This telephone triage nurse position is an In-Office position at our Rolesville location. As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you are a valued resource for our clinical team of providers and support staff. You will provide guidance to assure our patients receive the best quality care using evidence-based guidelines.

Essential Duties for a Telephone Triage Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

• Telephone triage advice
• Prescription Refill request
• Web Nurse Messages
• Processing and returning phone calls to patients per provider request
• Collaborate with specialist, hospitals and other external entities to coordinate patient care
