• Follow provided and client-approved messaging on every call.
• Utilize responsive listening to provide appropriate situational responses during calls.
• Meet and maintain project goals and efficiency metrics, including an occupancy ratio of 85%.
• Demonstrate exceptional customer service and maintain a professional appearance and behavior.

What is Required (Qualifications)

• Must work full-time day shift Monday - Friday, with additional shifts during peak busy seasons.
• Must reside in the continental United States and have a quiet workspace free from distractions.
• Must own a computer that meets system requirements, along with a USB headset, web camera, and wired internet connection.
• Minimum of 1 year of outbound sales, outbound fundraising, or outbound collections experience.
• Must pass a background check.
