Full Time - 36 hours weekly, 3 12-hour shifts: Thursday, Friday, Saturday, 5 am - 5 pm. Rotating Holidays at Cherry Hill Campus.

General Summary:
The associate in this position must have experience operating a busy, fast-paced switchboard and handling stressful emergency situations. The associate must also provide excellent customer service at all times, exercising good discretion and judgment.

Minimum Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities Required:
Ability to read and communicate effectively in English. High School diploma or equivalent required.
Proficiency in PC, Windows 95-98, NT workstation, and Windows NT server administration. Skilled in Word and Excel. Capable of managing a busy switchboard and emergency situations. Customer service focus is essential.
