Teleneurology & Telestroke Physician - Fully Remote

Join a purpose-driven, physician-led TeleNeurology practice delivering timely, expert care to hospitals across the country. We are seeking Board-Certified Neurologists to join our high-performing virtual team in a role that offers flexibility, fulfillment, and competitive compensation—without compromising on quality of care or quality of life.

This is a fully remote Teleneurology & Telestroke position with unmatched scheduling flexibility and strong clinical infrastructure. Whether you prefer high acuity consults or routine follow-up care, you’ll have the opportunity to tailor your shifts to your clinical strengths and lifestyle.

We offer two types of shifts:

  • Acute Neurology / Telestroke Shifts - Respond in real-time to stroke alerts and other emergent neurology consults across a variety of hospital settings.
  • Rounding Shifts - Manage subacute and follow-up neurology patients with a more structured and predictable cadence

Schedule & Compensation:

  • Full Time Openings: 14 shifts per month qualifies as full-time (12-hour shifts)
  • Part Time Openings:. Also offering part time FTE and per diem roles ideal for those seeking reduced schedules or supplemental income.
  • Flexible Scheduling Options to accommodate personal and professional flexibility.
  • $2,016 per 12hr shift with additional compensation opportunities for night coverage, call pay, and productivity incentives.
  • Dedicated licensing and credentialing support for multi-state practice.
  • Benefits include CME, Education Allowance, 401K, Disability, Health Benefits and Life Insurance for qualifying positions
  • Remote work technology packages provided

Practice Infrastructure:

  • Fully Remote - Deliver care remotely with our secure, scalable telehealth platform.
  • Strong Support System:
  • Skilled telepresenters assist with video cart management and on-site coordination.
  • A dedicated 24/7 Digital Access Center (DAC) manages pre-call workflows, real-time cart placement, and escalations—dramatically reducing delays and non-clinical burden.
  • Tech-Enabled Efficiency:
  • User friendly interface and smart consult queueing to keep your workflow smooth and manageable.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Comfortable with telehealth platforms, EMRs, and remote patient interactions
  • Clear communicator with a collaborative mindset
  • Passionate about delivering excellent neurological care in a flexible and sustainable way
  • Licensed in at least one U.S. state (multi-state licensure highly desirable)
  • Candidate must be located in one of the following states: AK, AS, AZ, AR, CA, CT, FL, GA, ID, IL, KS, LA, ME, MA, MN, MS, MT, NE, NV, NH, NJ, NM, NC, ND, OR, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VT, VA, WA, WV, WI, WY
