Job summary

Concord Hospital in Concord, NH seeks a Video Monitor Tech/Tele Tech/Licensed Nursing Assistant to provide direct and indirect patient care for adults and pediatrics. Under RN guidance, you will monitor patients, perform basic dysrhythmia interpretation, and assist with activities of daily living.

This role requires a NH Nursing Assistant License, BLS, and at least one year in acute care; strong communication and teamwork are essential; the hospital supports equal opportunity and a collaborative

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED preferred.
LNA Education Certificate and competency testing results as required by NH Board of Nursing.
Current NH Nursing Assistant License.
BLS for Healthcare Providers certification.
One year of acute care experience.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

Communicates with patients and significant others; performs behavioral checks and intervenes safely.
Interprets basic dysrhythmia and monitors patients.
Performs video monitoring of patients.
Assists with activities of daily living under RN supervision.
Deploys and collects video/telemetry monitoring equipment.
Performs procedures related to physical, mental health and social needs under RN guidance.
Documents care and interventions provided.
Maintains clean and safe patient care areas and equipment.
Follows delegation rights and performs assigned duties.
Serves as a preceptor for new staff.
