Trusted Health seeks an experienced travel nurse for a Med-Surg Tele unit in Indiana. You will float to multiple units, read telemetry, and deliver bedside care. Epics experience is required, and a Nursing Diploma or ASN is necessary. Local candidates within 75 miles will be processed as local.

Vaccination requirements apply post-submission, including COVID and Flu vaccines with exemptions accepted. Pre-employment modules may be required to expedite onboarding.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct patient care on a Med-Surg Tele unit with telemetry.
• Read telemetry, administer meds, use IV/PCA pumps, wound vac, and glucometer.
• Complete pre-employment modules and upload certifications to profile.
• Shift: Day, 12-hour shifts; every other weekend; 3 shifts per week.

Experience:

• 2 years of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.
• 3 months of Telemetry Unit experience.
• Experience with Epic is required.
• Diploma completion required.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Indiana license or compact license (required after submission).
• This role will require floating to multiple units
• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <75 miles from facility will be processed as local.
• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• Flu vaccination required for submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• Anyone currently working at this facility cannot be submitted.

Additional Details:

Required Credentials:- Nursing Diploma. OR Associate’s Degree (ASN).

Unit Details:- Med-Surg Tele unit with mixed diagnoses.- RN reads telemetry; no titration.- Uses IV/PCA pumps, wound vac, and glucometer.- Skills/procedures include trach care, feeding tubes, CPAP, wound vac, and dialysis assessment.

Shift & Scheduling:- Every other weekend.

• 14 days maximum time off

2 Charge/Lead/Supervisor references required from within the last 2 years
